Shipping & Returns
These conditions of sale apply exclusively to transactions between Toms Rod Shop and a consumer within the meaning of the ZBG.Conditions of the customer that contradict or deviate from the conditions of sale
will only be recognized if we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
Offer and conclusion of contract The order sent to us by the customer in written or electronic form is a binding offer.
We can accept this offer by sending the ordered goods or by confirming the order in oral or written form.
We reserve the right to refuse the conclusion of the contract; the decision on this is at our discretion.
Packing and shipping costs: Packaging and shipping costs are based on the customary postal rates.
From an order of CHF 100. Shipping from to Switzerland is free! Delivery:
If an article is no longer in stock, we will automatically put it on the backorder and forward it as soon as it has arrived.
f parts are backordered when several items are ordered, we will send the existing items first.
We will then send the remaining order carriage paid as soon as we have received it.
We try to deliver as quickly as possible. Delivery periods and dates are only approximately agreed.
Delivery as long as in storage. Exchange: Damaged goods can only be exchanged within 7 days. All exchange costs are borne by the customer.
Prepaid returns will not be accepted. Damaged goods will be exchanged.
Obvious defects in the goods must be reported to us in writing within 7 days.
Exchange costs reimbursement only after consultation.
Return of goods only after registration with order number via email:
If the goods are returned because they are not liked,
a voucher will be sent, which will be offset against the next order.
The voucher is always valid, no expiry.

Effectiveness of the delivery terms:
The ineffectiveness of individual clauses does not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions.
Our delivery conditions apply internationally.
If possible, everything is delivered in one shipment. If there are delays in delivery,
we will bear the additional costs for any subsequent deliveries.
If an article in your order cannot be delivered within two weeks, we reserve the right to make subsequent deliveries.
The customer is only entitled to withdraw from the contract due to non-compliance with the delivery deadline
if he has set us a reasonable deadline for subsequent delivery,
unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed or the customer can prove that he will not be able to deliver due to the delay

Prices:
Unfortunately, sometimes price changes cannot be avoided,
which is why we calculate the banknote rates applicable on the day of delivery or the prices confirmed by us.
Geltungsbereich
Diese Verkaufsbedingungen gelten ausschließlich für Geschäfte zwischen Toms Rod Shop und einem Verbraucher im Sinne des ZBG. Entgegenstehende oder von den Verkaufsbedingungen abweichende Bedingungen des Bestellers erkennen wir nur an, wenn wir ausdrücklich schriftlich der Geltung zustimmen.
Angebot und Vertragsabschluss
Die vom Besteller an uns übermittelte Bestellung in schriftlicher oder elektronischer Form ist ein bindendes Angebot. Wir können dieses Angebot durch Zusendung der bestellten Ware oder durch Auftragsbestätigung in mündlicher oder schriftlicher Form annehmen. Wir behalten uns vor, den Vertragsschluss abzulehnen, die Entscheidung darüber liegt in unserem freien Ermessen.
Verpackung und Versandkosten:
Verpackung und Versandkosten richten sich nach den postüblichen Tarifen .
Lieferung:
Sollte ein Artikel nicht vorrätig sein, legen wir ihn automatisch auf Backorder und senden ihn nach, sobald er bei uns eingetroffen ist. Sollte bei mehreren bestellten Artikeln Teile auf Backorder gehen, senden wir zuerst die vorhandenen Artikel zu. Die Restbestellung senden wir dann frachtfrei nach, sobald sie bei uns eingetroffen ist. Wir sind bemüht, schnellstmöglich zu liefern. Lieferfristen und Termine gelten nur als annähernd vereinbart. Lieferung solange Vorrat reicht.
Umtausch:
Umtausch von beschädigter Ware nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen möglich. Alle Umtauschkosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Unfrankierte Rücksendungen werden nicht angenommen. Beschädigte Ware wird getauscht. Offensichtliche Mängel an der Ware sind innerhalb von 7 Tagen schriftlich bei uns anzuzeigen. Umtauschkostenrückerstattung nur nach Rücksprache.
Warenrückgabe:
Bei Warenrückgabe wird ein Gutschein zugesendet, der bei erneuter Bestellung verrechnet wird. Der Gutschein ist immer gültig, kein Verfall. Bei Geldwert Erstattung fällt eine Geschäftsgebühr von Sfr. 8,00 an.

Bestellung:
Bestellungen können schriftlich per Mail oder Brief aufgegeben werden. Bei schriftlicher Bestellung einfach einen Bestellschein oder ein normales Blatt Papier ausfüllen und einfach die gewünschten Artikel Nr. Farbe, Grösse angeben. Bitte Ihre Tel.-Nr. nicht vergessen wg. mögl. Rückfragen.
